Mever is offered as a monthly subscription. While your subscription is active, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the current version of the software. This license is for personal or commercial use on devices you own or control. Your access to the software ends when your subscription is cancelled or expires.

3. Restrictions

• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the software
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the software for any unlawful purpose

4. Payment & Refunds

Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy , our merchant of record. All refund requests are handled in accordance with Lemon Squeezy's refund policy. Please refer to their terms for details on eligibility and process.

Mever is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
